2012 Ag-Urban Initiative applications are now being accepted. Applications are due by Friday, December 2nd, 2011.
The Word document can be submitted by downloading the document, inserting your information after each question or entry section. Use as much space as needed. When finished, email to Val Plagge, vplagge@gmail.com, type Ag-Urban Application in the subject line, and send. Feel free to attach a resume or write a cover message in the email, but neither is required.
